I stayed at Park Hyatt when I stayed in Siem Reap for sightseeing in Angkor Wat.
This is a 5 star hotel.
At this time what I focused on was:
1.Good location
2.There is a bathtub in the room
3.Breakfast is included
4.If possible, I want to stay at a luxury hotel
There were several hotels that looked good, so I was at a loss, but this time I decided to stay at Park Hyatt because of the luxury.
Park Deluxe King City View Room, 54sqm with shower room and large bathtub.
I think this is the lowest ranked room.
I was hesitant to say that Park Hyatt had a high image.
It’s difficult to compare, but at Shinjuku Park Hyatt in Tokyo, the price is around 60,000 yen per room per night.
I stayed at Park Hyatt Siem Reap in July, but it was about 25,000 yen per room per night.
Since breakfast is included, it is not much different from staying at a small business hotel in Tokyo for two people. So compared to that, Park Hyatt in Siem Reap, Cambodia was quite reasonable.
Located in the city center, the location is perfect!
Park Hyatt is located in the city centre, about 20 minutes drive from the airport.
Siem Reap’s top tourist destination, Angkor Wat, is also a 15-minute drive away.
Here is the hotel location.
The area around the hotel is the center of the city, so there are many shops and it’s convenient.
Check-in is stress-free with the luxury of a 5-star hotel hospitality
This time, I came to Siem Reap via Phnom Penh, so I arrived at the hotel around 8:00 pm.
Upon arrival at the lounge, sit on the sofa and sip a cold towel and welcome drink.
As is, we were able to do all the check-in without moving.
I was tired from a long trip, so I was really saved without being able to move around! !!
I forgot to take a picture so I will introduce it with a picture provided by the hotel.
We will check in at such a nice hotel lounge.
I thought it was indeed Hyatt that I could check in without stress.
I was told that if I register as a member online, I will be able to do late checkout for free, so I registered.
Park Deluxe King Room
After checking in, you will immediately be in your room.
Since we arrived at the hotel at night, the lights in the room are nicely turned down a little.
The wooden object on the bed was a trademark of this hotel, and it appeared in every photo.
Welcome fruit and water were also provided.
I was hungry because I didn’t eat anything from lunch on the day I arrived.
It was said that the restaurant was open, so I hurried to the restaurant inside the hotel before closing.
Dinner at THE DINING ROOM
I was exhausted and didn’t feel like eating out, so it was very helpful to have dinner at the hotel.
It is located at the restaurant called THE DINING ROOM facing the courtyard.
There are also terrace seats, and breakfast is to be served here.
The courtyard was just lit up and it was beautiful.
There are some people spending a relaxing time at night.
I thought that I came to the courtyard at an unexpectedly good time.
I ordered a simple salad and another dish, and I was surprised at how delicious they all were.
Breakfast is sophisticated and delicious
I stayed at Park Hyatt in Siem Reap for 4 nights and had breakfast in the lounge every morning, but I never got tired of eating during my stay.
The breakfast venue was not so large, but the breakfast menu was quite extensive, and not only salad but also continental breakfast and Asian food were fulfilling.
Apart from that, I could order from the menu, and I ordered and ate Egg Benedict and Vietnamese beef Pho.
Siem Reap’s Park Hyatt is low-tier and not very large, so we could have a relaxed meal without the breakfast venue getting too crowded.
I remember all the dishes were delicious.
I’m really happy that I can eat delicious food while traveling.
Large relaxing bathroom
I wasn’t exploring the room because check-in was late.
The bedroom is large and spacious and very comfortable, but the bathroom next to it was so spacious that I was moved!
I forgot to take a photo here too, so I borrowed it from the official photo of the hotel.
In this space, there is a shower, toilet, bathtub, washbasin and mirror stand.
There is a barn and bathtub in the middle of the space, and bath salts are also available.
Behind this is a separate shower room and toilet, both of which are spacious and easy to use.
Thankfully, there are a lot of large bath towels available, so I didn’t run out of towels even when I went sightseeing during the day and took a shower or took a bath at night.
Amenity was unified under the brand COCHINE SAIGON.
It seems to be a fragrance brand from Vietnam, and it smelled very nice.
Don’t forget to bring your swimsuite with you!
It’s not that big, but the hotel also has a swimming pool.
If you want to walk around outside and cool down the heat, I definitely want you to use it.
There are plenty of couches by the poolside, so relax.
When I went to the pool, it was just squall.
It was good that there was a roof.
Impressions of staying at Park Hyatt Siem Reap
As it was ranked highest in the location 9.1 on TripAdvisor, and there was Starbucks coffee right next to the hotel, and there was a night market within 5 minutes on foot.
There were many local food stalls in the night market, so it was convenient because I could eat until late at night.
There are many massage shops along the road, so it’s a good idea to take a walk and try the ones that look good.
For sightseeing, there is a tuk-tuk car right in front of the hotel, so if you tell us where to go, you will be taken immediately.
The price seems to have been decided by the hotel, so we did not negotiate the price.
When I went sightseeing in the suburbs of Siem Reap, I asked the concierge desk to introduce the cheapest place.
You can buy souvenirs cheaply because there is a supermarket about 5 minutes on foot.
Also, as it is a 5-star Park Hyatt, the space inside the hotel was full of luxury, and since it is not a large hotel, there was no congestion and I was able to spend relaxing time.
I especially liked the spacious room and the breakfast each morning.
Surprisingly there were many luxury hotels in Siem Reap, but this Park Hyatt was satisfying in terms of location and service.
I would definitely like to use it again when I visit Siem Reap next time, and it was a hotel that I can recommend with confidence to my friends and many people.
