Soba noodle restaurant Daishin
The soba restaurant where we ate lunch this time.
It is an old-fashioned local famous store called Daishin.
Just as we were wondering if we should go in, a person who appeared to be a local came out of the store and exclaimed, “It’s delicious!” as he was leaving, so we decided to go in.
The result was very correct.
I ordered the Kamo Nanban Soba, and the soba noodles went well with the dark soup that exuded the flavor of the duck and maitake mushrooms.
